RISK MANAGER

What we expect from you?

o At least 3 years of related retail credit risk experience
o Knowledge of score cards development and portfolio analysis
o Ability to act and decide independently
o Excellent communication skills and team management skills
o Strong analytical skills and proactive approach
o Collaborative and team player
o University degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics/ Finance
o Advanced MS Excel skills, SQL, SPSS are an advantage
o Good command in English

What are your responsibilities?

o The function provides information, statistical analysis and recommendations to support, develop and implement risk and business activities with a focus on profitable business growth.
o Oversees the retail credit portfolio analysis and risk management requirements.
o Monitor the portfolio quality based on pre-defined KPIs.
o Define and revise the Credit Policy Rules and initiate their changes.
o Participate in a new product development by defining the risk parameters, requirements.
o Acts as a lead in other risk and fraud management related duties or special projects.
o Communicate with the external partners (credit registers providers, score cards monitoring and development).
