Major tasks:Support of VoIP platforms – SBC, SoftSwitch, Audio Codes SIP devices, PBXs, SIP Trunks
Provide second level in troubleshooting complex customer issues - registrations, signaling and media problems
Resolve interoperability problems, communication with core network elements equipment vendors
Deployment of new VoIP services, IMS integration and PBX solutions
Validating and configuration of customer services requests
Collaboration with the other technical and sales units.
Analyze network performance and provide solutions for optimization of traffic flows, security and services
Requirements:
University Degree in Telecommunications or other appropriate
Practical knowledge of VoIP Systems
Familiar with PBX Technologies
Solid knowledge of VoIP protocols SIP, RTP, TCP, UDP
Experience in troubleshooting and configuring of VoIP elements and services
Experience with Networking - DNS, DHCP, Routing, NAT, VLANs, etc
Microsoft and Linux knowledge, Wireshark
Fluent English
