Currently for one of our clients we are looking for:
Finance and Procurement Help desk
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for delivering high quality services to key customers;
• Communicate with Suppliers and internal customers to resolve issues, escalating issues where appropriate;
• Handling AP related quires via phone/e-mail from employees, vendors;
• Collaborating with other departments in order to resolve the issues effectively;
• Analyzing root causes of problems related to AP;
• Entering data and updating information.

Qualifications and Skills:
• Excellent level of French and English;
• Bachelor degree;
• Previous experience in a similar position or relevant business experience is an advantage;
• Experience in a multicultural environment;
• Knowledge of MS Office;
• Strong communication skills and customer service skills;
• Excellent analytical skills;
• Attention to detail, accurate data processing skills.
