For our client, the biggest and most reliable company for audit and accounting, we are looking for:
Head of Finance and Accounting
Responsibilities:
• Develop a strategy for defining of clear and precise goals for measurement and monitoring of the key performance indicators of the operations in the Company
• Develop a strategy for business development in F&A operations
• Validate / initiate process improvement and standardization
• Provide coaching to Managers for effective client service delivery
• Provide resource management management of client relationships
• Develop and execute new business migrations
• Introduce and build new capabilities in the F&A operations
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures and information security standards
• Accountable for the overall Transactional and Finance & Accounting Production;
• Accountable for the adherence to the deliverables across the different contracts by implementing quantitative management systems and regular review processes;
• Accountable for high level client or account management satisfaction in terms of business delivery;
• Plan proactively the requirements in terms of resources or infrastructure in collaboration with the leadership and the supporting functions;
• Ownership of high level issue management, including review, monitoring and action;
• Organize, transform and strengthen the underlying divisions to ensure deliverables are met;
• Develop, maintain and consolidate the production output in dashboard models to enable leadership review;
• Contribute in the leadership decision making process with a fair and objective approach;
• Participate actively in the key governance or leadership reviews, driving excellence and high level issue management;
• Contribute to the elaboration of services level agreements, scope of work and other key governance agreements;
• Deliver leadership capabilities in-line with the Company’s values and the leadership guidance;
• Drive innovation in Company’s processes and business capabilities.
Skills needed:
• 5 or more years’ experience in the outsourcing of business process;
• Experience of managing team of 200+ people;
• Certification in Six Sigma Green Belt and Project management;
• Experience in client, people and process management;
• Operations Management certificate;
• Experience with accounting software;
• University degree in Business administration or Economics;
• Advanced level of English language;
• Ability to work in cross cultural environment with multi-national teams.
