For one of our clients - an international company, we are looking for experienced professional for the position of

Accountant with German language.

The position is located in Sofia.

Main responsibilities:

• Ensures the accurate and timely completion of general ledger journals and balance sheet reconciliations
• Ensures accurate and timely completion of tax reporting
• Ensures all period end closing procedures are completed efficiently, accurately and in a timely manner
• Supplies advice on General Ledger processes and support continuous improvement initiatives and ad hoc projects
• Ensures compliance with company policies, relevant accounting and tax requirements and internal controls


Requirements for the role:

• Ideally 3 years of Accounting experience within a multi-national organisation and/or Shared Services environment;
• Advanced knowledge of general accounting and reporting principles
• University degree in Finance or equivalent, ACCA or equivalent qualification is an advantage;
• Fluent in English
• Good level of German language (level required at least B1)
• ERP experience, preferably SAP
