For one of our clients - we are looking for Senior Compliance Analyst with Chinese Language.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Develop risk management strategies;
* Ensuring that all policies and procedures are implemented and well documented;
* Performing occasional internal reviews and identifying compliance problems;
* Develop and update training materials to be delivered by the Compliance Officers;
* Coordinate with other business units on various business initiatives as well as Compliance driven initiatives;
* Provide support and advice to business units as needed.


Requirements:
* Fluent Chinese and English;
* Education in Law or Finance is an advantage;
* Experience in a similar position - minimum 3 years;
* Strong analytical and organization Skills;
* Experience in record keeping and data maintenance;
* Experience in the BPO industry will be a plus;
* Communications, project management and organizational skills.
