Responsibilities

Generate periodic reports on KRIs and KPIs with consistent accuracy and within set deadlines.
Create consistent and presentable charts, diagrams and presentations. Provide high-level management summary on reported data.
Monitor KRIs and KPIs and provide detailed analysis in case of data inconsistencies;
Conduct regular in-depth analysis of the risk KRIs and KPIs and recommend actions;
Act proactively in case of identified issues and gaps related to the Risk KRIs and KPIs;
Consult internal Risk teams on technical approaches for remediating reporting issues in addition to interpreting reported KPIs;
Run predefined SQL queries to extract and process necessary data necessary for report delivery;
Proactively propose changes, updates and improvements to existing reporting framework;
Maintain up to date risk reporting packages and document all updates or changes;
Develop risk management documentation with high quality;
Proactively highlight any detected any potentially high risk trends to internal Risk teams;
Coordinate communication between Risk Teams related to identified risk trends and propose risk mitigation measures;

Candidate requirements

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer information technology, statistics, business, social science or other related field is an advantage;
Fluency in Microsoft Office, proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint;
Experience with relational databases, SQL, statistical software, and report generation for Senior Management in professional environment is also preferred;
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English;
Dependable, punctual, a team player and have the ability to communicate in writing and verbally as well as interpret and present data to a variety of audiences;
Manage multiple priorities, maintain detail, and meet deadlines;
Previous experience in online payments, online commerce or digital media is a great advantage.
Self-motivated, organized and results-oriented.
