Compliance Manager
The compliance manager will manage team of compliance officers, who will be in charge of all clients verification.
Compliance manager need to be strong leader. This job requires frequent verbal and written communication in English and Bulgarian with retention mangers and peers in the team. It is also helpful to be persuasive and an excellent problem solver. The compliance manager have to analyze sales, guide and train new compliance officers, oversee compliance systems and verify policies, report results to higher management.

Required qualifications and skills:
- Previous experience in compliance or risk management in financial industry is a must;
- Good Excel skills experience;
- Familiar with CRM/ ERP systems;
- Managing Experience;
- Monitor and analyze the work processes;
- Prepare presentations and explanations;
- Write procedures;
- Fluency in English;
- Organized, methodological, following procedures;
- Ability to work under pressure.
