Billing Executive with French!

Client company business: Our client is a global information services company, providing data and analytical tools to their clients around the world. They help businesses to manage credit risk, prevent fraud, target marketing offers and automate decision making.

The Service and Billing Executive with French will be responsible for ensuring all billing requirements are met on each account, along with processing renewal contracts and raising the relevant invoices, as well as any account amendments and credit notes.

To become the next S&B Executive, you are required to:
• Have a relevant higher education degree OR relevant experience
• Be fluent in written and spoken French and English - especially written!
• Be able to work on own initiative and prioritize daily workload accordingly
• Have an accurate processing of information and good attention to detail
• Be able to deliver results
• Be flexible around busy periods at month end
• Be a team player
• Be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Have a client focus and good decision-making skills

Having in mind that you possess those qualities, the daily challenges that you will face are:
• Analysing and interpreting requirements to ensure correct actions are met
• Investigating queries through to resolution and fixing the root cause
• Updating process documentation as required
• Stakeholder management
• On boarding and billing clients
• Ensuring KPI’s/SLA’s are met for all Business Units
