For one of our clients we are looking for an experienced Personal Assistant.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Provide assistance in the CEO’s daily activities;
* Organise all travels, documentation and accommodations;
* Managing all incoming and outgoing communication;
* Participate in meetings;
* Responsible for various administrative tasks;
* Arrange and optimise the CEO's schedule;
* Create and maintain an effective follow up system – manage monthly reports;
* Perform other work-related and personal tasks.

Requirements:
* At least 1 year of experience on a relevant position;
* University degree – preferably Humanitarian Sciences, Philology, International relations or other related;
* Fluency in English;
* Driving licence;
* Excellent working knowledge in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook;
* Responsible and capable of taking decisions within short deadlines;
* Excellent communication and organisational skills;
* A strong and dynamic personality.
