Our client is a leading international company in the services sector. For them, we are looking for an experienced Manager in the field of finance, budgeting and negotiations with partners to join the company on the strategic role of:


Chief Finance Officer


Scope and objective of the position:

- To define, implement and supervise financial and accounting management policy and procedures at country level, incl. Group rules and policies, and perform the financial management of companies in country;
- To provide support and financial expertise to Country Operational Line Directors and business development teams for business development projects;
- To ensure Group and Zone reporting and communication;


Key accountabilities:

- Oversee the functional financial responsibilities of the country;
- Assist the management of the country to conduct its strategy, development and operations;
- Ensure compliance to Group internal control procedures and financial regulations;
- Oversee budgeting and adjustments, management presentation and implementation of budget within the country (budget, forecast, LTP);
- Oversee the country’s management control and operational performance in collaboration with the Head of the Technical and Performance department;
- Ensure the financial viability and financial engineering of country’s development projects within the framework of Group procedures;
- Ensure the fair presentation of the financial statements of the country regarding the country legal requirements and Group rules and procedures, as well as forecast items produced by the country;
- Manage capital needs, treasury and financial risks within the framework of Group procedures;
- Ensure the compliance to the applicable legal requirements with respect to the taxation of the country’s operations;
- Participate in the validation of choices related to IT systems linked to the production of the country’s financial information (including operations systems);

Candidate profile & requirements:

- Fluency in French and good level of English is a must;
- Master degree in Finance;
- Proven track record of financial management in international companies;
- Experience in budgeting, tax management and accounting;
- Strategic mindset and good decision making skills;
- Clear driving license;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Experience in developing and managing teams;
