For one of our clients – A well-known, global company operating in the field of online
entertainment. We are on a search for adaptable, motivated and level-headed individuals for
the role of Chat Specialist with French or German and English - No calls.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Addressing customer questions and issues via chat and email and providing assistance;
* Offering quick, clear solutions and guide customers through resolving issues;
* Discussing upcoming promotions and changes and building trust through active listening
and empathy;
* Following company guidelines and completing tasks assigned by management;
* Support colleagues and suggest process improvements.

Requirements:
* Fluency in French or German and good grasp on English;
* Customer-oriented with excellent people skills and manners;
* Experience in customer support is an advantage but it is not required;
* Motivated, detail-oriented and adaptable;
* Skilled with multitasking, organized and level-headed;
* Familiar with various communication modes and common office tools/apps.
