For one of our clients – a rising star in the online entertainment field. We are looking for
open, communicative and reliable people for the role of Customer Care Associate with English.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Serving as the first point of contact for customer issues and providing resolutions via
phone, email, and live chat;
* Providing additional information about services, products, and account details in English;
* Developing relevant skills and knowledge and meeting response standards;
* Complying to risk management policies and maintaining accurate and detailed records;
* Promoting loyalty and trust, including VIP support and risk management;
* Striving to achieve productivity, quality, and SLA targets;
* Reporting on operational issues to relevant leaders and working effectively as part of a team.

Requirements:
* Proficient in English at C1 level (both written and verbal);
* Team oriented and able to work well with different types of people;
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with confidence;
* Open and honest with enthusiasm for helping others;
* Resilient and organized, able to work well in a dynamic work environment;
* Available for late and night shifts;
* Accountable for meeting goals and delivering quality customer service.
