For one of our clients – multinational outsourcing company working with clients from various
industries, we are searching for communicative, organized and proactive people for the role
of Bilingual Customer Care Agent with French or German and Italian.

Essential Responsibilities:
* Provide top-notch support to customers across multiple channels (mostly inbound calls and
messages);
* Analyze and resolve customer inquiries efficiently;
* Share information on administrative and technical issues (products, invoices, etc.);
* Make system updates and changes as needed;
* Redirect complex issues to appropriate departments.

Requirements:
* Fluency in either in French or German, good knowledge of Italian and basic familiarity with English (level B1);
* Strong organizational and communication skills;
* Customer-focused with a proactive mindset;
* Familiarity with MS Office applications;
* Flexibility to work in shifts.
