Currently we are looking for experienced professional for our partner - a global leader in the field of generic pharmaceuticals for the position of:

The right candidate must be:
• Pro-active self-driven and result oriented person with excellent communication and leadership skills;
• Possesses innovative, initiative and creative thinking.

Responsibilities:
• Development and implementation of sales strategy for National Key Accounts, Regional Key Accounts and Wholesalers;
• Planning the annual sales target (in market and distributors orders);
• Improving monthly sales according to agreed targets;
• Development of marketing and commercial strategy including discount, promotions and commercial campaigns in pharmacies and pharmacy chains;
• Maintaining long-term partnership with pharmacies and distributors;
• Close cooperation with clients due to implementation of agreed strategies to drive sales in pharmacies;
• Planning and organizing retail marketing activities and promotions;
• Monitors the In-store Deployment of actions at National KA, follows-up and coordinates with the team to ensure local execution is aligned with defined plans and policies
• Increasing market share and Resolves issues with Key Customers on national level when required.

Requirements:
• Minimum 1+ years as KAM from a multinational Pharma or FMCG company;
• Know and understand how Pharmacy and Wholesalers channel is working;
• Analytical skills with ability to develop strategies;
• Results oriented and self-driven;
• Leadership skills;
• Advanced MS Excel skills and fluent English;
