For one of our clients – a global leader in the iGaming industry - we are looking for a skilled and
experienced iGaming Trainer - Manager. This role focuses on developing and optimizing training for our Live Casino division, ensuring team readiness and regulatory compliance, and fostering a
collaborative, high-performance culture. his role focuses on developing and optimizing training for

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
*Provide management and leadership to a team of trainers, coordinating efforts to maintain a
smooth, effective training operation;
*Collaborate with the Head of Quality Control and Training to align training initiatives with strategic
objectives;
*Design and implement training programs specifically for Live Casino staff, including Game
Presenters and Shufflers;
*Act as a role model and mentor, promoting best practices and high standards in live game
presentation and customer service;
*Develop coaching and professional growth initiatives to enhance skill sets across the team;
*Regularly update training materials to ensure relevance and maintain high training standards;
*Track and report training outcomes and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Requirements:
* Minimum of 3 years in a managerial training role, ideally overseeing a team of 20+ within the
iGaming or Live Casino sector, demonstrating an ability to guide teams towards strategic objectives;
* Solid background in Live Casino operations with hands-on experience in training or managing Game Presenters, Shufflers, or similar roles. Familiarity with the unique requirements and compliance standards of live gaming environments is essential;
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to clearly convey
expectations and provide constructive feedback at all organizational levels;
* Able to independently plan, launch, and manage training programs with a focus on continuous
improvement. Proven ability to identify training needs, implement solutions, and measure their
effectiveness using KPIs;
* Skilled at navigating challenges with a logical approach, assessing training outcomes, and refining
program elements to optimize results;
*Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment, with a strong commitment to
maintaining high standards and positive morale;
* Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with training and performance tracking
tools for efficient documentation and reporting;
* Experience in developing training materials and programs within the gaming industry, ideally with
an understanding of regulatory frameworks in iGaming.
