For one of our clients – a world-renowned company providing top-quality technology
transformation and consulting services, we looking for experienced, dedicated and team-
oriented people for the role of Invoice Processing Specialist with French or German.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Ensuring the timely issuance of unbilled items, validating and correcting errors on a daily basis;
* Monitoring billing holds and performing CFM activities regularly;
* Entering manual meter readings, identifying system issues, and logging tickets as needed;
* Attending to billing completeness, quality, and timeliness to meet expectations;
* Enhancing billing connectivity, promoting portal self-service, and handling additional assigned duties;
* Escalating unresolved issues while ensuring compliance with relevant terms, conditions, and guidelines;
* Providing regular updates to the Team Leader and consistently working to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
Requirements:
* Fluency in both written and spoken French or German and English;
* 3+ years of experience in an OTC environment with a proven track record of meeting targets and SLAs;
* Strong focus on customer satisfaction with excellent communication and negotiation skills;
* Team-oriented, able to work under pressure, and adapt easily to changing situations;
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities;
* Motivated, results-driven, and eager to achieve set goals;
* Proficient in MS Office and computer literate;
* University degree (preferred).
