We’re seeking Technical Support Specialists in Sofia to support customers with router setups, Wi-Fi configurations, and smart device integration.

What You’ll Do:

Provide technical support and outstanding customer service via phone and email.
Assist with accounts, product information, and orders.

Follow established processes and escalate complex issues as needed.
