For one of our clients – a customer experience technology company, known for their
dedication to excellence and high-quality, we are on a search for responsible, driven and
flexible individuals for the role of Customer Experience Professional with German or Hebrew and English (Remote, out of office hours).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Provide a friendly and professional experience to keep customers happy;
* Give information and advice about the company’s products and services;
* Work with your team to offer help and support;
* Resolve customer issues through various communication channels;
* Investigate problems and find solutions;
* Guide customers through the problem-solving process;
* Keep accurate and updated records of customer interactions.

Requirements:
* Fluent in German or Hebrew (both written and spoken) with good English skills;
* Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment;
* Previous customer support experience is a plus;
* Comfortable using a PC and interested in technology;
* Organized and able to manage time well;
* Customer-focused, motivated, and a team player.
