ABOUT YOUR NEW JOB:
We are a team of passionate HR professionals, working for 23 countries in CCHBC Family. In People Services we work closely with stakeholders from all countries in scope, aiming to improve the end-to-end experience of the employees and line managers.​

YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Consult the BSO and non-BSO P&C team and resolves complex cases in Workday in the areas of CoreHR , Absence management and authorizations.
Act as a second point of contact on queries from BSO and BUs related to CoreHR and Absence Management.
Execute simple system configurations, workflow and reminders setting in Workday.
Monitor the User stories /back log for WD complex developments.
Participate in Workday related projects.
Participate and supports training execution on Workday functionalities.
ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?
Experience with Workday in the areas of CoreHR, Absence Management and Authorizations.
System configuration experience with Workday.
Very good knowledge of MS Excel.
Excellent command of English, both written and verbal is a prerequisite.
Good analytical and process thinking .
