Requirements:

Strong phone and verbal communication skills, along with active listening.
Fluency in Italian, both written and verbal (C1)
Working level of English (B2)
Good typing and computer skills (MS Office applications)

Tasks:

Content moderation for the whole content of the game.
Track whether all accounts contain child-friendly information.
The players’ chats are monitored, as well as the games that they play and create in the platform.
Before a game made by a user is published, we review the whole thing for inappropriate language and sexual or racist content like pictures, images, all media, text, sounds.
