We are on a search for friendly, flexible and organized people for the role Customer Care
Specialist with Norwegian, Finnish or Danish and English (PTE or FTE).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Striving for customer satisfaction and a positive experience every time;
* Responding to customer inquiries and providing accurate solutions;
* Staying informed about the company's products and services;
* Maintaining detailed case logs for future reference;
* Collaborating with colleagues as part of a team.

Requirements:
* Flexible and adaptable to varying customer needs;
* Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor;
* Proficient in Norwegian, Finnish or Danish with strong English skills;
* Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to excellence;
* Organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines;
* Available for shifts and weekend work.
