Logistics Audit & Billing Expert with German/French


Some of your daily tasks will include:

✓ receiving and validating incoming invoices for transport;

✓✓ establishing strong working relationships with SE Truck Specialists in order to resolve issues;

✓ monitoring invoiced amounts vs. information in the system and investigate some discrepancies;
✓✓ issuing debit notes when needed and keep clear record of all received papers and archives them accordingly;
✓ registering the necessary data into the available TMS system;
✓✓ receiving and analyzing extra costs related to the transport… and other interesting activities.


In order to be one of the best candidates for the role, you should have:

✓ Secondary education as a minimum requirement;
✓✓ Relevant experience with focus on supply chain processes, transportation, and/or Logistics and Finance;
✓ Very good level of English and one of the following languages: German or French
✓✓ Good knowledge of MS Excel; SAP is a big plus;
✓Excellent multitasking skills and ability to work under pressure;
✓✓ strong eye for details.
