Position Title: Quote to Contract Analyst
We are currently looking for a Quote to Contract Analyst who will be responsible for the pro-active support of UK&I opportunities moving from quote to execute, with a focus on commercial adherence to drive CPQ utilisation. The Quote to Contract Analyst will also focus on the development, delivery and maintenance of our innovative pricing and contracting tools (CPQ/SOTI/CLM) that will drive informed price decision making and directly impact strategic sales activity, for the support and management of the CPQ workflow.

What you’ll be doing?
Validating Salesforce opportunities to support governance and commercial adherence;
Identifying & addressing training/knowledge gaps, ensuring supporting guidance and documentation is accurate and easily accessible;
Adjudicating process where necessary and carry out regular internal audits are ensured;
Being a data custodian for the price tools, and support signing off all new products for the UK region as part of the Product Lifecycle Management processes;
Monthly deal governance audits to highlight non-adherence to commercial policy linked to sales performance;
Supporting the management of CPQ cases & workflow;
Identifying improvement opportunities in the tools and processes;
Ensuring DAM and pricing updates are completed in line with business need in CPQ;
Actively helping in identifying improvements within CPQ and participate in User Acceptance Testing and signoff of improvements as they are released by development;
Identifying areas to improve Sales processes through regular meetings, forums, training and feedback;
Adapting existing processes to establish or ensure the smooth operation - ensuring a culture of continuous improvement;
Effective communication of change of processes and updating documentation;
Integration of new acquisition sales teams and processes;
Collaborating within Sales, Marketing, Commercial, Finance, Delivery, Product, and other Business Units.

What you’ll bring?
Prior Experience with SaaS & Salesforce platform;
Advanced Excel and data analysis experience;
Prior Pricing, Sales Support, Sales Operations or Revenue Management experience preferred;
Experience with CRM (ex: Salesforce, Hubspot, Pipedrive) and CPQ systems (Ex: Salesforce, Callidus Cloud, Oracle) highly preferred;
Good organizational, project management and prioritisation skills;
Integrity in research/analysis and commitment to accuracy;
Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize multiple projects under tight deadlines and work independently;
Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement and solve problems in a team environment.
