Location: Bulgaria (Remote)
Start Date: ASAP
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00
Remote Work: Yes, fully remote setup
Training: 6 weeks of online training

Astrea Recruitment is partnering with a global leader in technology solutions, services, and support. We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Technical Support Specialists with fluency in Turkish and English to join our client's team. Responsibilities:
Provide technical support and assistance to customers regarding their products and services.
Manage and process inbound calls, chats, and emails from customers.
Advise and guide customers with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
Ensure a positive customer experience by delivering timely and effective solutions.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and technical issues.

Requirements:
Fluency in Turkish and English (both written and spoken).
Prior experience in a customer support or technical support role is a plus.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work remotely and independently.
A stable internet connection and a quiet work environment.
