For one of our clients – a leading provider of software for online games. Known for their focus on
mobile compatibility and commitment to security, they are a favorite among players. With licenses
from regulatory bodies, our client is a reliable partner, offering a wide range of entertaining and
innovative games. We are seeking a motivated, responsible, and experienced Security Manager to
join their team.
In this role, you will ensure the safety of personnel and company property by managing security
protocols and overseeing the daily operations of the Security Department.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage daily activities of the security team to ensure compliance with protocols.
Develop and maintain security policies and procedures.
Investigate incidents involving access systems and CCTV, resolving issues effectively.
Schedule and coordinate security team shifts.
Handle onboarding tasks like issuing access cards and internal documents for new employees.
Oversee the locker system and ensure its proper use and maintenance.
Work with subcontractors to maintain security and fire alarm systems.
Collaborate with local law enforcement to address security concerns.
Interact professionally with employees and guests to create a safe environment.
Requirements:
Experience: 6-10 years in a similar role
Knowledge: Advanced understanding of security protocols, risk management, and emergency response planning.
Skills: Proficient in English and computer operations. Strong communication, self-control, and attention to detail.
Disciplined, responsible, dedicated, motivated, and resourceful.
