We are currently expanding our Global Professional Services team in Sofia. Our team is delivering client solutions and pre-configured templates in partnership with regional teams.
From client acquisition solutions to fraud management and collections, our Professional Services software delivery experts configure, design, test and implement the full spectrum of Experian products and services that we offer worldwide to our clients in the financial, banking, telecom sectors. In order to help our teams around the world win sales, we support in prospective client pitch meetings with product demonstrations of key functionality, estimates of effort based on our delivery experience, and proof of concept models. Our team is the backbone and the core hands-on experts that know how to marry Experian software capabilities with our client`s ever evolving needs.
Position Title: QA Project Lead
Job Description
We are currently looking for a QA Project Lead for the SaaS Delivery team who will assure our Clients receive the best-in-class SaaS experience with the Experian platform through leading a team of testers and by ensuring that live functionality is defect free and meets in full all Client requirements.
As a QA Project Lead you will have the opportunity to participate in the creation and establishment of one of the most intriguing and innovative projects company-wide, bringing direct client impact on a global scale working closely with our delivery team and client business requirements.
Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end project QA lifecycle including client communication
Provide hands-on support to the project QA team
Define the project test approach and test strategy
Identify and manage quality risks
Design the test scenarios to assure full requirement traceability and maximum test coverage
Verify the test cases meet quality standards
Manage and support test cases creation and execution
Mentor junior team members
Assign, estimate and monitor the testing tasks
Facilitate the communication with the other project team members
Create Test Progress and Test Closure/Completion reports
Define the test cases/test scripts for further automation
Define and maintain the regression test set
Qualifications
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in a Senior QA role
Proven track record of working with API and services testing across multiple products and preferably within a PaaS or SaaS context
Ability to drive test scalability, modularity, re-usability, and maintenance through modern test practices
Strong knowledge of Quality Assurance methodologies and testing techniques
Strong knowledge of project SDLC and agile methodologies
Experience with SOAP UI / Postman and JIRA
Ability to create complex testing artefacts with high quality
Capability to work in a complex or distributed testing environment
Ability to work with virtual teams and multiple stakeholders including direct Client communication
Strong analysis skills and ability to implement strategies to improve test coverage on a continuous basis
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Excellent time management
Excellent communication and influencing skills in English
The following abilities and skills will be considered as advantage:
Good understanding of SaaS systems principles / Cloud
Strong knowledge of automation and performance testing
Prior experience leading a project QA team
Experience with the following: Selenium / Cucumber / JAVA based software / GIT / Zephyr
