What You'll Do:
Content Review: Monitor and review video, image, and text content to ensure compliance with local policies and regulations
Quality Control: Conduct content quality checks, identifying and escalating content that violates guidelines
Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to content
Shift Work: Ability to work in a 24/7 rotating shift schedule from the office

What We Look For:
Language Skills: Fluency in English and one of the following languages: Slovenian, Latvian, Lithuanian, or Estonian
Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to identify content that violates guidelines
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
