Currently for one of our clients we are looking for:

Financial Specialist with FRENCH or DUTCH

Financial Specialist will be responsible for supervising the process and issuing customer marketing agreements (CMA) invoices/debit memos/ credit memos, accruals and payments processes within the end-2-end process within the company’s CMA team. Financial Specialist will be in charge of driving and delivering CMA service excellence to the business with an emphasis on customer service and continuous process improvement to further enhance the CMA service level and effectiveness.

Main Responsibilities:

• Works with the Business Unit team (BU) in order to build positive, constructive relationship and to drive an effective, smooth deployment of CMA processes;
• Supports the transition to ensure the successful migration of all Payments, Invoicing, Accruals and etc.;
• Responsible for delivering high quality services to key customers (Customers, Suppliers, Employees, Executives, Regulatory Bodies, etc.);
• Ensures that all the company’s policies are adhered;
• Manages the internal and external audits and ensure successful results;
• Oversees and reviews the gathering of data requested by audit teams;
• Ensures Invoicing / Payment / Accrual period end closing procedures are completed efficiently, accurately and in a timely manner;
• Ensures the relevant IT System (VISTEX/SAP) have all accurate CMA pricing information in;
• Supports the drive to ensure that CMA processes meet business requirements in an automated and as user-friendly manner as possible;
• Manages the BU Team and providing help and support in prioritization of workloads, particularly around peak times.

Qualifications:

• Min. 3 years of experience in multinational organization and/or Shared Service environment with a good business acumen and good excel spreadsheet skills;
• Good understanding of wider CMA/Order to Cash/Data Management area processes;
• Ability to asses a problem and escalate it to the appropriate level;
• Fluent in English and French;
• ERP experience essential, preferably SAP;
• Excellent Excel skills;
• Strong customer service orientation.
