Service Desk Assistant with Swedish


Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for delivering high-quality services to key internal and external customers;
Service-oriented handling of enquires with communication by telephone and email;
Analyzing and documenting root causes of problems related to Accounts Payable, including Purchase Orders;
Collaboration with other departments and Business Units in order to resolve the issues effectively;
Maintain good relationship with suppliers and stakeholders;
Make productive use of technology tools and systems to ensure effective service delivery and accurate data management.

Central office location

Required qualifications and skills:
Fluency in Swedish and English, both oral and written;
Previous experience in a multinational organization or Shared Service Center;
Experience of creating, managing and analyzing records/ data through computerized systems;
Ability to assess a problem and escalate it to the appropriate level;
Experience with ERP systems (SAP) desirable, but not a must.
