We Are looking for PROJECT MANAGER/ CEO e-commerce platform

As such you are expected to be self-directing, with strong attention to detail and manic attitude towards order and structure on every level. You should be highly disciplined, relentlessly resourceful, strongly commercially minded, have proven negotiating skills and enjoy chasing down answers.


Main Responsibilities:

• Analyse processes and eliminate bugs and road blocks
• Implementing structure and streamlining processes
• Identifying new opportunities for growing the business within and out of Bulgaria
• Managing and developing a B2B program
• Managing the work-flow of the team members
• Ensure everyone knows what to do, when to do it and how to do it
• Managing marketing campaigns and negotiating with agencies.
• Managing relationship with subcontractors and suppliers
• Managing and developing the portfolio of services we offer
• Preparing budgets and reports
• Take care of all the crazy ideas

Requirements

• Entrepreneurial mindset, ability to bootstrap and be resourceful
• Minimum of 2 years experience in travel and/or entertainment industry or group buying sites and eCommerce.
• Experience in negotiating, signing contracts and setting up partnerships (B2B)
• Strongly commercially minded and enjoy chasing down answers
• Proven ability to think strategically and in the same time not afraid to dive into detail and execute work as needed
• Strong attention to detail and manic attitude towards order and structure on every level
• Performance driven attitude, ability to work under pressure and hit monthly goals
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
