Currently we are looking for a motivated candidate for one of the largest shopping malls in Bulgaria, for the position of:



MANAGING DIRECTOR SHOPPING MALL



General Responsibilities:


- Conduct, supervise, organize and manage the business on behalf of the shareholder and take all necessary actions to achieve the main objective of the company;
- Manage the company’s financial, accounting and reporting systems;
- Represent the company in any dealings with third party service providers who render services to the company in accordance with terms approved by the shareholder;

- Engage in leasing activities in respect of tenants occupying premises in the shopping center;

- Know and understand tenants businesses and industries in which they operate, keep abreast of major trends in those industries and possible effects on tenants;

- Recruit, induce, lead and manage the team, supervise and motivate staff;

- Ensure that the company and its employees comply with all applicable laws and regulations;

- Design all necessary mall administration procedures and ensure that all aspects of them are fully implemented;

- Act in good faith at all times and in the best interests of the company.



Main Requirements:


- Experience at a senior management/executive level in a mall/shopping center;
- Experience in dealing with all respective teams – operative, financial, marketing, sales, etc.;

- Experience in strategy development, change management, driving innovation, etc.;

- English language fluency in addition to the national language;
- Strong team player and successful team leader;

- Excellent negotiation skills;

- Relevant University degree.
