We are currently looking for a motivated candidate to join one of our partner Louis Dreyfus Company - a leading merchant and processor of agricultural goods, for the position of:

HR Generalist

The position includes tasks such as:

• Deals with employee inquiries and service requests in regard to local employment and company human resources processes, policies and legal regulations;
• Supports and participates in the recruitment process in collaboration with the other Talent Acquisition specialists;
• Coordinates and supports Induction and Orientation Training for new-commers;
• Supports and participates in the planning and delivery of training activities in collaboration with the other Learning and Development specialists, facilitating the training business needs analysis;
• Supports and facilitates the design and delivery of tailor-made training programs as per business requirements;
• Facilitates the performance management process, following up with business managers and employees in regard to the annual performance evaluation discussions;
• Supports the annual talent management and succession planning process in collaboration with the other Learning and Development specialists;
• Leads the organization of relevant Employee Engagement activities that foster organizational values and culture;
• Maintains Human Resource Information System records and compile reports from Workday and other HR database to facilitate the decision making process regarding the performance, talent and development management of the workforce;
• Participates and supports the day to day HR processes and operations of all HR function and duties;
• Ensure HR compliance and regulatory guidelines are met.
What is needed as expertise and experience:

• Expected to have 3 to 5+ years of relevant experience, including full life cycle recruiting and project management
• Strong understanding of talent acquisition best practices, employer branding, tools, and recruitment technology
• Experience successfully navigating a global organization, with proven business consulting approach
• Ability to develop successful relationships with business partners and team members in a virtual capacity
• Advanced communication and interpersonal skills with ability to maintain and develop professional relationship with a pipeline of internal and external candidates
• Previous experience thriving in a transformative environment with demonstrated capability to manage effectively through ambiguity while leading continuous improvement initiatives
• English fluency essential
• General knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Working knowledge of HR systems (Workday)
