Manpower Bulgaria is looking for one of its international partners – leading International company with Global Supply Chain Function, for an experienced person to join their Customer Service department as a:Customer Service and Logistics Specialist
Your typical day will include:
• Handling customer orders and requests,
• Securing customer's order confirmations.
• Maintaining daily follow up on open and overdue customer orders,
• Ensuring efficient and proactive communication within the operation,
• Follow-ups on order delivery status,
• Ensuring following of procedures and make improvements,
• Reports and analyses,
• Reaching Global logistics target for the defined KPI's,
• Securing customer delivery service development,
• Ensuring close collaboration with Global Order Management and Supply chain.
What we look for:
• At least Bachelor’s degree in Economy and International Business
• Significant relevant knowledge & experience (preferably in Manufacturing environment)
• Previous experience with SAP or other ERP systems (optional)
• Computer skills at advance level (Excel/Word/PowerPoint/Outlook)
• Strong analytical, reasoning and problem solving skills
• Fluent English and German (written and spoken)
• Able to communicate on different levels and with different stakeholders
