We are looking for a person with a passion and commitment to service excellence. Our fast-paced, dynamic team environment, involves both outbound and inbound customer care. The business support associate uses email, chat and telephone systems in order to respond to questions about our platform, assists clients in navigating our website, and initiates calls to resolve user issues. The associate is also crucial part of the client account verification procedures.Requirements:
1. Customer service experience in a professional/ office environment (on-line trading platforms or on-line betting platforms are a plus).
2. Experience working in a very fast paced environment with strong multi-tasking required. High attention to detail required.
3. A professional, helpful, and friendly attitude coupled with the ability to listen, teach, and elicit information efficiently - we work in a team-oriented environment.
4. Experience working in a metrics-driven organization.
5. Experience working in a start-up environment is a plus.
6. Excellent customer relationship skills. A strong problem solver with an interest in resolving customer issues. Ability to work independently and efficiently.
7. Excellent writing, email, phone and organization skills (you need to have extremely strong grammatical skills both in Bulgarian and in German). Strong verbal communication skills coupled with strong computer skills.
8. Willingness to make a difference and be creative.
9. Willingness to undertake new tasks outside your normal duties – this is a start-up project and we’re looking for all-around players that take initiative.
