When you join our team, you will:
Perform customer service functions and ensure timely and adequate response to internal and external customers
Handle aircraft related material demands
Perform purchasing and sourcing activities for aircraft material and negotiate prices when needed
Track, monitor and clarify all created purchase orders until availability at demand location is ensured
Provide feedback and status to customers on a daily basis via LHT own systems
Liaise with material and logistics organizations on a daily basis in English language
Assist with projects/ reports if necessary
You match our need, if you have:
Fluency in English – both written and spoken
High level of customer service and orientation;
Relevant job experience would be considered as an advantage
Teamwork ability, assertiveness, persuasiveness, adaptability;
Attention to detail and are goal oriented;
Problem solving skills and productivity driven;
Ability of decision making and self-initiative.
