Financial Controller
Financial management of the Global Service Center (GSC) billing hub

Key tasks & responsibilities:

Support Global Operations Finance Organization
Ensure communication on finance flows between GSC billing hub and GfK’s Business Units Consumer Experiences and Consumer Choices
Manage invoicing flows into and from the GSC billing hub (charge-in and charge-out)
Perform order registration process
Ensure proper management of FX risk according GfK’s guidelines in cooperation with Group Treasury
Support forecast and budget process of the GSC billing hub
Perform monthly management reporting
Ensure compliance with GfK financial standards
Support/ perform calculation and review GSC blended rates
Be part of monthly, quarterly and yearly closings in accordance to GfK’s accounting & reporting guidelines

“MUST HAVE” knowledge and experience:

University / College degree in Business Administration with focus on Finance, Controlling and Accounting
Minimum 3 years of experience in either Controlling / Accounting / Business Analytics
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
MS Office (advanced skills)
Fluent written and spoken English
Structured, trusted personality
ERP knowledge, experience in SAP - FI, SD and CO modules, BI
Ability to communicate proactively
