We are looking for a highly motivated person with financial background for position of:

Finance Advisor

Finance Advisor takes responsibility for providing finance expertise and high-quality business decision support as well as managing and coordinating selected activities in the area of Management Information for Bulgaria and projects in CEE cluster.

Main Responsibilities:

Supporting the businesses in cost monitoring and analysis;
Providing management information on monthly and quarterly basis;
Providing analysis and commentaries on business appraisals and performance reviews;
Preparing and validating various business cases;
Coordinating and supporting the annual planning processes;
Managing monthly and quarterly budgeting process;
Product gross margin analysis;
Managing selected areas of balance sheet, cash flow, investment reviews.

Requirements:

University degree preferably in Business Finance or accounting;
Minimum 3 years of finance experience in Controlling, Finance Management or Business Finance
Experience in financial analysis;
Excellent computer literacy skills especially working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, SAP
Very good knowledge of accounting standards;
Fluency in English;
Advanced business communication skills;
Effective team working skills – also in virtual teams;
Strong commercial acumen and ability to influence stakeholders;
Experience in the BIG 4 would be an advantage.
