Currently, we are looking for an experienced Legal Advisor Corporate Credit Facilities to join our team in Sofia.


Responsibilities:
■ Analyze legal matters and give legal statements in the administration process of corporate loans.
■ Write contracts or give legal statements in terms of contract writing.
■ Prepare notary documents for mortgages when requested by client. Verify applications and other forms in terms of collateral establishment/release.
■ Analyze and give statements regarding the legal status of the collateral - ownership, establishment, encumbrances, ranking of collateral, and all legal obstacles.
■ Analyze and give statements on specific legal issues in terms of disbursements, issuance of bank guarantees, claims on bank guarantees repayments, collateral release and other activities up to the loan repayment.


Requirements:
■ Previous experience in a similar role (at least 2 years).
■ University degree in Law.
■ Good understanding of the legislation related to corporate loans, incl. legal particularity of the deals and collateral establishment, encumbrances over collateral, and other legal issues.
■ Excellent command in English – written and verbal.
■ Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
■ Commitment and self-initiative, team spirit, flexibility and ability to adapt in a dynamic environment.
