Currently, we are looking for an experienced professional to join our HR team based in Sofia at the position of Recruitment Specialist.

Main Responsibilities:
■ Organizes together with HR Business Partner and implements recruitment actions answering the workforce and people management demand.
■ Designs and executes particular action plan for filing a job vacancy covering the whole hiring cycle – description of the job and applicant’s profile, publishing advertisement (internal and/ or external sources), research and identification of the right match (pre-screening), selection of the applicants with the appropriate profile, interviewing, appointment.
■ Develops and maintains relations with external vendors (agencies, career forums, universities etc).
■ Designs and maintains a recruitment database of applicants, performs regular monitoring and reporting, proposes KPIs for effective monitoring and further improvement in terms of efficiency.
■ Takes part in the process of design, implementation and development of Student Practice programs aiming to create and sustain a company culture oriented to identifying, developing and attracting young potentials in the Bank.
■ Contributes to building a positive employer brand of the Bank, by maintaing the Bank’s social media presence related to HR and participates in innovation projects, related to HR.

Requirements:
■ Experience in Recruitment and HR related activities.
■ Relevant University degree.
■ Excellent command of English.
■ Excellent communication skills.
■ Excellent negotiation skills.
■ Commitment, team spirit, flexibility and ability to adapt in a dynamic environment.
