When you join our team, you will:
Perform necessary adjustments to process visualizations and organizational charts in the process management tool in conformity with the internal methodology and standards
Ensure contents are translated in English and German using the translation software which is integrated in the process management tool
Update documents in the document management system (DMS) which is integrated in the process management tool
Update process management roles in the process management tool

You match our need, if you have:
University degree or professional experience in business administration, economics, international business, process management or industrial engineering
Excellent language skills in German and English (both written and spoken)
Ability to work in a precise, clear and structured way
Excellent communication skills, proactivity, creativity and high engagement
Responsibility, ability to prioritize and solve problems
Excellent knowledge in MS Office. Knowledge of process management software (e.g. ARIS) is an advantage
Adaptability and ability to work in team
Willingness and readiness to conduct business travels abroad from time to time
