Our client is a global online provider of foreign exchange (forex) trading and related services to retail and institutional customers worldwide, providing services through its own online trading platforms and affiliates. The company has offices in Plano, San Francisco, London, Paris, Berlin, Milan, Hong Kong, Sydney, Athens, Tokyo, affiliate offices in Toronto, Tel-Aviv, Santiago, Beirut and has a rapidly growing back-office operations department in Sofia.

Position: Financial Services Representative (Chinese Speaker)

Description of the ideal Candidate:

Responsibilities include, (but are not limited to):
Provide clients with best-in-class service on phone, chats, and email
Intelligently discuss the financial markets and the factors that move them in an articulate manner
Go beyond “customer service.” Skillfully probe for, listen, and understand client needs to provide resources and solutions to improve clients’ trading experience and results
Mediate difficult situations, conversations and customers with composure and resolve
Consistently take initiative to learn about the markets, FX industry and new company's platforms and products.
Be a team player and proactively collaborate with the Financial Services Team to manage time, resources, volume, and customer feedback
Consistently achieve departmental set metrics.
Act upon constructive criticism to improve on-desk client conversations and to build on personal and department-wide performance figures.

Qualifications:
Bachelor degree
Must be fully fluent in English and Chinese for both written and verbal
Must be willing to work all shifts on a rotational basis – Day and Evening
Must have strong communication verbal and written
Possess a strong foundation of knowledge within Global Financial Markets specifically in technical analysis/fundamental analysis and money management
The ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment
Ability to navigate basic and advanced mathematical examples with proficiency and accuracy
Strong computer literacy skills Microsoft Office (Word/Excel) and Adobe Acrobat
