To ensure the expansion of our Operations Centre in Sofia, Bulgaria we are now looking to recruit an Invoice data entry and reporting administrator.

The Invoice data entry and reporting administrator will be responsible for data entry of key invoice into Excel or Sharepoint-based tracking systems and producing reports and analyses by documenting and reviewing invoice data and performing reconciliation of invoices against other records.

Responsibilities:
• Participate in data entry, organization and electronic storage of documents, including invoices, documented email of customer approvals, and status reports.
• Navigate through client CRM tool database and perform data base queries, as required.
• Validate invoice accuracy by auditing documents against established contract terms, in support of client and vendor invoicing activities.
• Prepare metric reports by collecting data from documents, analyzing utilizing MS Excel and providing to Program Director – all based upon standards established by Program Director.
• Maintain Controls for all documents in support of client and vendor invoicing activities.
• Maintain paper and electronic filing systems of all communication.
• Inform appropriate staff of delayed, missing or incomplete items.
• Ensure follow-up and completion of all transactions.

Job Requirements:
• Bachelor degree preferred
• MS Excel experience is mandatory
• Knowledge of MS Sharepoint is preferred
• Experience with CRM systems preferred
• Fluency in English
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
• Attention to detail
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
• Abillity to interpret a variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form
