We are looking for an Insurance Analyst with German with a background in finance, insurance or accounting and with a desire for a career in this domain. Our client is one of the leading Business Process Solutions companies on the market and operates globally helping leading multinational companies in multiple industries including insurance, banking, financial services, utilities, transportation and travel.

The company continues to grow in Sofia, Bulgaria and is building a new team of professionals for their newest client – a leading European insurance company.

If you wish to start building your career in a multinational financial services company and you have an intermediate level of spoken and written German, a working level in English, then this could be the perfect opportunity for you!


Responsibilities:

• Transaction Processing - applying cash, raising payments, reconciling cash and others
• Query handling from Internal as well as external customers
• Handle work on timely closure.
• Review insurance applications to make sure all the necessary information is complete

Requirements:

• Intermediate level of German (from B1 level)
• Working level of English
• University – Finance, Insurance, Accounting or Economics background
• Ability to interact with the clients regarding any transaction
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to reconcile transactions post research from different applications within the timeframe agreed
• Analytical thinking and skills
• Ability to work well with MS Office products: mainly MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook & others
