For one of our biggest clinets we are looking for Order to Cash Specialist for Business Partners to support the Accounts Receivable team in the Sofia office. The successful candidate will play a vital role in maximizing the cash flow by ensuring that the business clients pay on time. He or she will also have responsibility for reducing levels of overdue debt and solving queries raised by both our internal and external customers.

Key responsibilities:


•To liaise with external business clients in the first instance over the phone and then via email in order to ensure prompt payment;
•To make 30 outbound phone calls a day to our business clients;
•To hit monthly and quarterly cash collection targets;
•Drive process transformation, global standardization and optimization enabling efficient, controlled and compliant business processes across the organization
•Identify process improvement ideas: Suggest methods to update, simplify, and enhance processes, procedures and technologies
•Maintain good relationships with other departments and key stakeholders
•Ensure customers are satisfied to maintain a positive brand image for the CBS
•Ensure data is accurate in company systems

Key requirements:

•Experience in working on the phones speaking to clients/customers;
•Experience in credit control/collection methods;
•Ability to manage internal and external stakeholders at different levels;
•Full professional proficiency of written and oral English required;
•Hands-on experience working with ERP/Cloud system preferred;
•Proficiency in computer applications including Microsoft Excel;
•Strong customer service focus and interpersonal skills;
