Our client, an international company with a long history of developing fashion brands and beauty products, is looking for dynamic and enthusiastic people as a Sales Assistant. Their main role will be to discover potential participants for events, organize and participate in events, present the company's products and services to potential customers.
Engage potential customers on social media, sharing tips, trends and insights. This position requires excellent English language skills, Instagram and social media marketing skills, excellent communication skills.

Digital Marketing Sales Assistant in a beauty and fashion company, for Sofia

Key Responsibilities
Scouting Talent:
– Utilize various channels, including social media platforms like Instagram, to identify potential participants for the event.
– Engage with individuals who demonstrate potential and interest in participating in such beauty event.
– Build and maintain a network of contacts within the beauty industry to identify emerging talents.

Sales and Promotion
– Promote participation opportunities in beauty event to potential participants.
– Communicate effectively with prospective participants to highlight the benefits and opportunities.
– Close sales and secure commitments from individuals interested in participating in beauty event.
– Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase awareness of the event and attract more participants.

Relationship Management
– Build strong relationships with current and potential participants, providing them with support and guidance throughout the process.
– Collaborate with other team members to ensure a positive experience and successful execution of beauty event participants.
– Address any concerns or inquiries from participants in a professional and timely manner.

Market Research
– Stay updated on current trends in the beauty industry to identify market opportunities and potential areas for growth.
– Conduct competitor analysis to understand their strategies and offerings, and identify ways to differentiate our competitions.

Qualifications
– Interests in marketing, communications, beauty events or related field preferred
– Experience in sales, marketing, or customer service roles.
– Strong English language skills, both written and verbal.
– Proficiency in using Instagram and other social media platforms for marketing and communication purposes.
– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage with individuals effectively.
– Energetic and enthusiastic personality, with a genuine passion for beauty events.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
– Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
