We are looking for a back office administrator with German language with interest in finance, insurance, and accounting. Our client is one of the leading Business Process Solutions companies on the market and operates globally partnering with multinational companies in multiple industries including insurance, banking, and financial services.


If you have:

- an intermediate level of spoken and written German and English (min. B1);

- an academic or working background in finance, economics, accounting or insurance;

- good MS Excel skills;

then this might be an interesting opportunity for you!



Responsibilities:

Review and approval of financial/accounting documentation
Process client requests
Process payments and invoices
Email Communication with the client and colleagues from other departments of the company in different locations

Requirements:
Decent level in either German (between B1-C1)
Working level of English (between B1-C1)
University – Finance or Economics background will be considered as an advantage but is not mandatory
Detail oriented candidate with professional attitude
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
Ability to interact with employees and vendors in a professional manner
Ability to follow standard filing procedures
