Our client is one of the leading Business Process Solutions companies on the market and operates globally partnering with multinational companies in multiple industries including insurance, banking, and financial services.

We are looking for a back office administrator with either Italian, French or Spanish language on an intermediate level, with interest in finance, insurance, and accounting, and with very good skills in MS Excel

Responsibilities:
• Review and approval of financial/accounting documentation
• Process client requests
• Process payments and invoices
• Email Communication with the client and colleagues from other departments of the company in different locations

Requirements:
• An intermediate level in either Italian, French or Spanish (min. B1)
• Working level of English (between B1-C1);
• University – Finance, Insurance, Accounting or Economics background will be considered as an advantage
• Detail oriented candidate with a professional attitude
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
• Ability to interact with employees and vendors in a professional manner
• Ability to follow standard filing procedures
