Position Title: Junior Financial Analyst, Commercial Operations

We’re currently looking for a Junior Financial Analyst to join our Finance Centre of Excellence which main purpose is to provide the UK&I and EMEA regions with support across management and general accounting, financial analysis, reporting, forecasting and the conversion of data into management information.

The role combines support of Sales Operations and FP&A tasks. It will provide the person with visibility of EMEA’s revenue processes and to with opportunity to build strong stakeholder management skills based on communication with multiple regional managers.

Responsibilities:
Support closing of EMEA commercial deals in the system and be responsible for the data quality of the information
Support sales commissions administration
Support month-end process and revenue forecasting
Perform revenue variance analyses
Support the preparation of the country review presentations for countries in EMEA
Support different trackers and participate in regular meetings with stakeholders
Requirements:
University degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting or relevant numerate science
2 years of experience of general financial accounting or financial analyses in a multi-national business environment in accordance with IFRS;
Good understanding of financial management information
Ability to be proactive and work independently, with the skill to adapt and drive change where necessary
Technical accounting skills and proficiency with Excel
Knowledge of Oracle systems such as Hyperion and OBIEE will be considered as advantage
Highly logical, numerate individual with an unfaltering attention to detail
Fluency in English
