We are now looking for an experienced and motivated professional for the position of

Business Analyst/Configurator

Duties and responsibilities:

Participation in project for upgrade, configuration and development of new core web applications and automation and redesign of business processes

We are looking for someone who will:

Closely cooperate with other departments in HQ
Perform analysis of requirements in connection to the business applications and prepare specification of modules
Configure web modules and components
Enhance functionality of new core web application used in the company
Provide good documentation and structured status reporting
Actively contribute to the efficiency of the overall organization by preparing enhancement proposals and ensure high quality and maintainability of the solutions delivered.
We are looking for someone who is:

Experienced with collecting and analysing business requirements and has:
At least 3 years of professional experience, out of which min 1 year in the area of insurance
Knowledge and experience with INSIS v10
Knowledge and experience with BPM
Knowledge and experience with Configuration Modules related to business rules
Experience with understanding of web service concepts (to be considered as an advantage).
Familiarity with web development frameworks
Familiarity with PL/SQL is an advantage
Familiarity with context of web portals (to be considered as an advantage)
Used to project-based work & reporting
In possession of excellent analytical skills and capability to understand business requirements and deliver high quality solutions
A strong problem-solver and can communicate clearly and in structured way
Well organized and able to deal with many tasks simultaneously
